Caution: It is recommended that the neck wrap be heated in 60-second intervals. Because all microwaves heat differently you will want to time test to determine what is right for you. Adult supervision is recommended to avoid unnecessary accidents or injuries caused by an overheated flax bag.
WARNING: when heating the therapeutic flax bags, it can get hot so test first before placing it around your neck. Times will vary however heat the neck wrap for approximately 2 minutes with a maximum heating time of 3 minutes. TEST, TEST, TEST prior to placing on your or skin.
